Etablert i Matkvartalet i 2020 av to lokale karer med kremmersjel, en brennende interesse for slakter-faget og en yrkesstolthet som merkes på lang vei. Eier og daglig leder Thomas André Skjølberg fra Hamar og medeier Mats Bekkevold fra Løten (med team) har lang fartstid som butikkslaktere, fordypning i kjøttfag og kjøttskjørerfaget.
Hos Staslin Kjøtt får du høy kompetanse og et utvalg du ikke får noe annet sted i Mjøsdistriktet. De to gründerne ønsker å kunne gi et tilbud til alle med interesse for gode råvare; både erfarne som trenger skreddersydde stykningsdeler, men også til de som er på utkikk etter kvalitet, men trenger litt tips eller veiledning.
